I have over 20 years of experience serving students, families, and individuals from all walks of life. As a certified professional ADHD coach, a master educator, and a mother of a neurodiverse child, I offer a unique experience and perspective that enables my clients to effectively explore multiple facets of personal growth. I firmly believe that every client has the ability to enact positive change in their lives and I will wholeheartedly support you in that journey. Beyond coaching, I am passionate about celebrating neurodiversity and investing in the ADHD community. I co-lead the Seattle CHADD chapter and am a member of the DEI committee for ACO International. I am an advocate, an ally, an educator, a consultant, and someone who has lived my whole life impacted by ADHD. I love that I get to leverage my passion and experience to benefit my clients!
