Description:

Jaye Lin is a Taiwanese-American ADHD Coach, Educator, Speaker, and Podcaster based in the SF bay area, and born and raised in California. Jaye specializes in coaching ADHD tech employees, executives, and BIPOC individuals, and always leads by example through her own growth with repairing relationships, emotional regulation, and achieving goals in ways that work with her ADHD, not against it.

Aside from coaching, she runs a learning program and podcast, both titled Now Presenting: ADHD, guiding individuals through tough ADHD presentations that are rarely covered in other media. She is also the co-founder of The Monoceros Initiative, creating travel events that bring the various ADHD professionals and content creators to the same collaborative table.

She received her coaching training from ADDCA, and e-Learning Instructional Design graduate certificate from the University of Washington. She also has a BS in Hospitality Management from San Jose State University, along with a culinary diploma from the Professional Culinary Institute, and is currently writing a cookbook for those with ADHD using her experience as a former food truck and restaurant owner.

Before starting her own ADHD coaching practice, she was the first and only ADHD-trained peer coach at Google, where she also co-founded and co-led the ADHD-Women@Google ERG as a 20% project while working as an Administrative Business Partner.

Jaye is an experienced ADHD speaker, and has presented at the Alphabet Mental Health Conference and International Conference on ADHD, as well as for multiple corporations, including Google, Expedia, and Ripple.
