Description:

Hi everyone and welcome! I’m James, originally from Baltimore, Maryland but currently residing in Florida. I am a former Division I college athlete who completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and completed my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health and Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling in 2020. I have 14 years of experience working with a population of children, youth, teens, adults, and families in areas of mental health, behavioral analysis, dual diagnosis, therapy, and coaching. Some of these areas consist of ADHD, anxiety, self-esteem, confidence, motivation, goal setting, time management, executive functioning, work-life balance, and relationships. This has led me to focus on coaching the neurodivergent population because I am now able to help people all around the world. I’m thankful to have found my professional passion and life purpose in providing support to the community I belong to.

My program and style consist of a personalized program for my clients working on their specific struggles and goals. Schedule your free discovery call so we can get started on your journey to managing your symptoms of ADHD and becoming the best version of yourself.

I will help you increase your confidence, knowledge, motivation, skills, and performance to help you grow. I will bring out all of your superpowers to help you become the superhero you are meant to be! https://calendly.com/mindful_adhd

I was diagnosed with ADHD as a young child back when mental health was not as prevalent. I was ashamed for anyone to know I was living with ADHD. Elementary and high school was a breeze for me, I was surely confident that I did not have ADHD when I started college. But little did I know at that time, that ADHD is something you will always live with. In college, I struggled to effectively manage my time while playing division I basketball, doing homework/studying, and my social life. I started losing confidence in myself which lowered my self-esteem and self-efficacy. Luckily I had a very good family support system that helped, allowing me to keep my head up. After increasing my knowledge of my symptoms of ADHD, I was able to gain confidence and work on my skills which ultimately increased my growth and performance in all areas of my life and lead me in the direction to become a mental health, marriage, and family professional. To provide support to youth, teens, adults/parents, and families who are living, struggling with their ADHD symptoms, or know someone living with ADHD. This is my calling and passion.

I am super passionate about helping others navigate their own unique journey with neurodivergence and creating ways to make life work for them. I am here to help you become the best version of yourself.
