- Emily Rubin Persons ADHD Coach
As a trained ADHD Organizing coach, I work with adults and HS & college students, as well as small business owners struggling with ADHD. Working together, I help each client break down the barriers, improve self-awareness and build the skills to strengthen the executive functioning skills so that they can meet their full potential academically, professionally, and socially. Together, we discover strategies to focus on the mundane as well as the exciting — with the goal of building a balanced life. Most importantly, I provide nonjudgmental space for my clients to learn & collaborate on reducing frustration & stress, with a positive strengths-based approach. I want to help people feel good and become their best self. I’m the mom of 3 young adult men, 2 with neurodiverse brains, 1 neurotypical. I’ve been through it all! This pandemic has highlighted the importance that executive skill building should be part of K-12 education because ALL children need executive skills building! Prior to becoming a coach, I ran my own import/wholesale business for 22 years, designing and selling luxury decorative gifts produced in Vietnam and sold worldwide. I look forward to working with you.
I received my basic and advanced coach training from the ADD Coach Academy, leaders in the ADHD coaching community. I am a member of NAPO and have received 4 specialist certificates.
