Diann Wingert is a mindset and productivity coach for women who are entrepreneurs or self-employed professionals and identify with the traits of ADHD, officially diagnosed or not. They know they are brilliant and are ready to face the obstacles to success so they can fulfill their true potential.
During her 20-year career as a licensed psychotherapist, Diann saw many brilliant and ambitious women struggle with anxiety and depression, with no idea that the underlying issue was ADHD, including Diann herself.
Since her own mid-life diagnosis, she now mentors self-employed women who are “driven but distracted” on how to craft a business and lifestyle that leverage their unique abilities, while taming their mindset and productivity struggles. Diann is extremely insightful and intuitive about identifying and transforming the perfectionism and people-pleasing habits of high ability ADHD women from reaching their goals.
Diann’s coaching is best suited to the self employed woman who knows her creativity, intuition and high energy are being held back by her tendencies to start too many projects, difficulty setting boundaries and often feeling overwhelmed. She’s ready to create an ADHD-friendly business and life, so she can enjoy the benefits of being her own boss.
When she’s not working with clients or recording episodes of her podcast, Diann can be found on her Peloton bike, wrangling with her three rescue chihuahuas or hiking the Pacific Northwest with her cranky German husband. She loves good coffee, laughing out loud, and is mostly losing in the ongoing battle with her sweet tooth.
Diann’s website is www.diannwingertcoaching.com. She is a dynamic podcast guest and her podcast, “The Driven Woman” can be found on Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Stitcher, Spotify, and all popular podcatchers.
