I am a life coach specializing in Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. As a mother of ADHD children and a medical professional, who also struggles with ADHD, I am all too familiar with the challenges that ADHD presents on a daily basis. I employ a strength-based approach, helping my clients to be who they want to be, instead of who they think they should be. By working together as a team, we can bridge the gap from where you are now and where you want to be. Certain Beliefs, judgements, fears and negative thinking can stand in our way. Once we work remove those layers, we can get out of our own way and then the magic begins!
