I provide life, business and academic coaching services, by telephone, skype or in person, to adults and adolescents, including those with ADHD and/or Asperger’s Syndrome/Autism Spectrum Disorder.
My clients include:
– Adults, students and their families who are diagnosed or who have symptoms of ADHD and/or Asperger’s Syndrome.
– Professionals in STEM careers, specifically women in technology.
– Entrepreneurs/Coaches.
– Individuals who are overwhelmed, stressed and not living up to their potential and want to make changes and move forward in their lives.
I love partnering with my clients to learn about themselves, their strengths and talents and using them to grow personally, professionally and academically.
I am a full time coach and faculty member at the ADD Coach Academy.
I am credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches as a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC). I am a member of ADDA, CHADD, ASPEN and WITI.
I have graduated from ADD Coach Academy’s Advanced Coach Training Program, a personal coach training program (182.5 hours of training) that specializes in ADHD and executive functioning difficulties. I understand the challenges that adolescents and adults, with ADHD and/or Asperger’s Syndrome have.
I received my Juris Doctor from Seton Hall Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Susquehanna University.
I live in New Jersey with my husband and two sons.
