I’m Caitlin O’Brient Bauer (she/her), a certified professional ADHD & Life Coach trained by the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and member of the ICF. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 8. It took finding genuine interest in my first love, the theatre, to start engaging my strengths and growing beyond the limitations of my condition. I went on to earn a BFA in Musical Theatre from the University of Miami (Go Canes!) and work in professional theatre. Additionally, I garnered a decade of entrepreneurial expertise running my own marketing & web design agency.
As a coach, I facilitate the work of understanding, positive inquiry, and problem solving with clients. I recognize the value of compassion, empathy, and fun. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space for exploration and connection, so you can work toward the life you’ve always dreamed of.
