I work with motivated, ready-for-change adults, including executives, creative professionals, graduate students, small business owners, young adults, and parents. Using a collaborative and evidence-based approach, I help clients build new habits and daily routines that address a range of issues, including organization, planning, prioritizing, time and energy management, procrastination, and wellness. Throughout the process, clients gain a clear understanding and appreciation of their strengths, values, and unique brain wiring.
I am credentialed as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from the International Coach Federation (ICF), and as a Professional Certified ADHD Coach (PCAC) from the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches. I am a Certified Coach Graduate (ACCG) of the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA), which means I’ve gone through both their basic and advanced training programs and have demonstrated proficiency as a coach under stringent standards and supervision. ADDCA is an Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP), which means it is accountable to upholding both the ICF’s and PAAC’s rigorous education and practice requirements.
