BIO
Mary Margaret Rogers, MAPP (she/her) – I am an Applied Positive Psychology and Executive Function Coach at The Flourish Project. I offer a safe, judgment-free space for individuals to discover and pursue their ‘optimal self.’ My coaching style draws on my training in Applied Positive Psychology, ADHD Coaching, and my personal experience navigating life with anxiety, depression, and ADHD.
For nearly a decade, I enjoyed a career in Artists & Repertoire (A&R) at a full-service music publishing company based out of New York City. Aiming to build a coalition of well-being support for fellow music industry professionals, I pursued a Master of Applied Positive Psychology (MAPP) degree from the University of Pennsylvania. I later enrolled in the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and am currently fulfilling practicum hours to become an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from ADDCA in addition to pursuing ICF/PAAC credentials.
Accompanied by my dog/son, Odie, I currently split my time between Dallas, Texas, and New York City.
