Sarah Kesty is an author, educator, and host of the Executive Function Podcast. Sarah is a passionate advocate for people with ADHD and prides herself in translating research into practice in her classroom and her coaching business. She regularly writes for publications such as KQED and the George Lucas Foundation’s Edutopia and wrote the children’s book, “Everyone Has Something: Together We Can.” She is currently co-authoring a book for teens with ADHD! The Santa Maria Times acclaims, “Sarah speaks fluent school kid,” and her clients agree!
Sarah specializes in teaching parents to coach their children and empowering children with self-acceptance and strategies! If your child is brilliant yet stumped on how to show it; if your son or daughter is frustrated with the invisible expectations of playing the “school game;” or, if you just got the diagnosis and aren’t sure where to start with home and school strategies, Sarah is your coach! She creates individualized plans to help children and young adults work with their brains and create plans that work. She can also support students with Learning Disabilities, autism, and social skills development. She is currently completing her Board Certification in Special Education Advocacy.
