ADHD clients have been coming to me with a primary concern, “I just don’t have any motivation; I can’t get started or take action”. They look at others and ask why is it that they can’t do what others around them are able to do. They feel unproductive and inside they feel terrible. It’s as if they are powerless and emotionally deflated. Yet they had the courage and motivation to seek out answers and strategies. What is it that hijacked their motivation?
This webinar will explore the mystery of ADHD and motivation. We’ll pull back the curtain to reveal the inner workings that are preventing them from taking action. You will learn two key culprits that block the pathway to motivation, progress, and productivity. BTW, it’s not procrastination, if that’s what you’re thinking. I will also share simple strategies to help you access your inner motivation and the success you deserve.
Learning Objectives:
- Understand how the neuro-typical and the neuro-diverse brains differ in task engagement and completion.
- Discover two key obstacles blocking motivation and activation for adults living with ADHD.
- Learn at least two strategies that will help you to access your inner motivation.
