Does the thought of asking for what you need, for yourself or someone you care about, fill you with dread? Do you feel like you don’t have the confidence or the right words to get what you ask for? The problem is other people don’t see our struggle because our ADHD is invisible. The people around us, our coworkers, friends, service providers, doctors and therapists don’t really get it unless they’ve been there themselves. Even the people who love us most often don’t really understand.
Understanding is built one conversation, one story at a time. Learn how the power of story can help build stronger relationships both with ourselves and others. Move beyond negative self talk and limiting thinking. Become the hero of your own story.
Use your story to build the kinds of relationships that can create a better future.
Join ADHD coach Erik Anderson for a fun and informative webinar that will show you the power of unlocking your story.
Who: Erik “Doc” Anderson
Biography
Erik “Doc” Anderson is an ADHD coach who specializes in helping people become the hero of their own story. Erik is an ADHDer and also has Cerebral Palsy. He learned early how limiting stories can be damaging, both to ourselves and to others as even well-meaning people expressed what they thought he could or couldn’t do.
He realized he could either listen to those stories and live in a very small world, or rewrite them and live in a much larger one. As a result, he’s done impossible things; the kinds of things many other people only dream of and shows others they can do impossible things too.
