Summer’s supposed to be easy. But as we all know…it’s HARD! It’s a uniquely tricky season for us adults with ADHD because it removes so much of the “scaffolding” that keeps us (to some degree) organized the rest of the year: routines loosen (or disappear), kids are home, travel disrupts systems, more social plans, spending spikes, and our big projects may languish – “Ah…I’ll restart in September!”
Need help making this summer less of a bummer? Bring your challenges and questions to this live Q&A with Linda Roggli (ADDiva.net) and Alan P. Brown (ADDCrusher.com), who’ll share simple solutions for getting you through the scattered season and over the finish line to a strong September.

Alan P. Brown
An ADHD coach and author, Alan P. Brown created the award-winning ADD Crusher video program for ADHD teens/adults. Undiagnosed for decades, his untreated ADHD manifested in underachievement, substance abuse, and worse. Once diagnosed, he found it difficult to learn coping strategies from books, so he researched his own evidence-based “brain hack” strategies to fuel a successful advertising career and two start-ups. A featured conference presenter internationally and a TEDx speaker, he’s the #1 best-selling author of Zen and the Art of Productivity.
