Description

Ever feel like you’re missing that key ingredient called self esteem? Or maybe you’ve got it sometimes but it just won’t stick? Many, if not most, ADHD’ers struggle to sustain lasting self-esteem and confidence. When strong self-esteem is missing, it’s hard to let in compliments, negotiate salary or ask for what you really want — that is, if you even know what that is.

Society tells us we should “build,” “raise” or “get” self-esteem. What if that just keeps us on a never-ending, self-esteem gerbil wheel?

Learning Objectives:

  • How self-esteem and confidence are different
  • Challenge old school beliefs around “raising” self-esteem
  • Learn a new, pioneering approach to navigating self-esteem and
  • Gain tools for creating the sustainable self-esteem you’ve been longing for.

Be sure to register for this amazing, fun event!!
