This interactive webinar introduces a practical Self-Regulation Toolbox designed to help participants work skillfully with their brain & nervous system in everyday life. Drawing from neuroscience, psychology, mindfulness, & evidence-based ADHD care, we’ll explore simple body-based strategies including breathwork, movement, sensory profile, emotion awareness, & balance & coordination practices that support executive functioning, self-regulation, & overall wellbeing. Participants will leave with practical tools they can immediately apply to navigate stress, strengthen self-management skills, & bridge the gap between intention & action.

Biography
Dana Crews is a Certified ADHD Life Coach, ADHD Educator, & former Behavioral Health & Social Work professional with nearly 20 years of experience supporting individuals & families. After discovering her own ADHD as an adult, she transitioned her work to specialize in ADHD coaching, combining professional expertise with lived experience.
