What if we left old fashioned thinking, stigma and language about ADHD in the past, and moved onward in 2024 with a new mindset, actionable plans, leaning into your strengths and values? A goal without a plan is just wishful thinking. It is much easier to hit a target if we can see it! So let’s lean into that strength of creativity and create actions (and remember them) by using the framework of executive function – and execute those steps one by one, and review what needs to be tweaked and celebrate our successes.

Who: Monica Hassall

Biography

Monica Hassall is an ADHD & EF Coach, from Brisbane. She has a Nursing Background and then her coaching journey started in 2012..She is an ICF Credentialed Coach and has presented at ADHD Conferences both Nationally and Internationally yearly since 2018. Monica’s work has been published in ADDitude magazine and also ATTENTION magazine. She runs a Live ADHD High School program, as well as working with adults of all ages with ADHD, Monica’s goal is to curate knowledge to work closely with her clients incorporating information and practices from a variety of sources. These include the most current Neuroscience, Traditional Wisdoms, Eastern Philosophies, Mindfulness and Coaching Principles.
