Description

Balancing a full-time job while building a side hustle can feel like a never-ending juggling act—especially with ADHD. Between time blindness, impulsivity, and energy dips, even the best intentions can lead to burnout or inconsistent progress.

In this honest and practical session, ADHD Coach Meghan Brown-Enyia will explore how to pursue a side hustle in a way that honors your brain, your bandwidth, and your joy. You’ll walk away with tools to manage energy (not just time), avoid impulsive business decisions, and build sustainable strategies for juggling your 9-to-5 and entrepreneurial dreams.

This isn’t a “rise and grind” talk—it’s a real conversation about what it takes to thrive as a multi-passionate ADHD’er.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify the difference between a passion-driven hobby and a sustainable side hustle, and assess which aligns with the individual’s energy, capacity, and long-term goals
  • Recognize common executive function challenges ADHDers face when juggling dual roles, including impulsive decision-making, time blindness, and task switching—along with tools to mitigate them
  • Learn how to balance the demands of a 9-to-5 job while building a side hustle, including strategies to protect focus and performance at work so you don’t jeopardize your primary income while pursuing something more passion-drivens
