Many adults with ADHD move through relationships feeling like they’re constantly in trouble—bracing for criticism, rejection, disappointment, or conflict. After years of being misunderstood, corrected, or judged, it can become difficult to tell the difference between healthy discomfort and genuine relational danger.
In this webinar, ADHD coach and author Kristen Carder will explore how ADHD impacts our experience of relationships and why so many adults with ADHD struggle to feel emotionally safe. Participants will learn how to recognize the qualities of safe relationships, identify dynamics that keep them stuck in cycles of shame and self-protection, and begin building connections rooted in trust, security, and mutual respect.
Attendees will leave with practical tools for evaluating relationship dynamics, understanding their own protective patterns, and creating healthier connections in every area of life.
