Description

As women, we prioritize our needs last. Not today. Not during this discussion. During this discussion, we will focus on key factors and strategies for REALLY taking care of ourselves. Why? First and foremost, because we matter and we deserve to…for us. Period. Full Stop…But also because the old cliche “put your oxygen mask on before you help someone else” is cliche because it is true. When we take better care of ourselves, we can handle what life, kids, family, friends, and the world send our way.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify at least three self-care strategies or actions you will begin to prioritize in your daily routine
  • Articulate your personal motivation (“your why”) for making your own well-being a priority
