About Me
Professional Biography
I work with professionals and executives with ADHD whose responsibilities have expanded faster than their execution system.
Most of my clients are capable, experienced, and already successful. The issue is not intelligence or drive. The issue is structural. As scope increases, the volume of decisions, competing priorities, and cognitive switching exceeds the design of how they currently process work.
I address ADHD symptoms such as inconsistency, delay, overwhelm, distraction, or difficulty finishing. But I do not stop at symptom management. Those patterns are signals. We examine the deeper execution mechanics behind them.
How do tasks enter your system?
How are priorities filtered?
How are decisions staged?
Where does thinking loop instead of move?
Where does initiation break down?
Where does work stall before completion?
Execution instability is treated as a mismatch between responsibility load and operating structure.
With more than 15 years of experience in management consulting, I integrate executive function analysis with business execution design. My background includes process reengineering, leadership performance, organizational systems, and high-stakes project environments across finance, law, healthcare, technology, hospitality, and entrepreneurship.
This work is not generic ADHD coaching. It is not productivity tips. It is not motivational support.
It is the redesign of how you process, sequence, and complete complex work under pressure.
As your career advances, the demands on your thinking architecture change. What worked at an earlier stage may no longer hold at a higher level of authority. We rebuild your execution model to match your current scope so performance becomes stable, sustainable, and aligned with continued career growth.
My clients seek more than symptom relief. They seek structural clarity, decision stability, and execution consistency at the level their role requires.
