It’s summer. Can’t we all have a three-month break?! For many adults with ADHD, the summer – often a symbol of fun and relaxation – can actually be quite stressful as routines change and structure wanes.

Wondering how to keep up with the ins and outs of daily life with sunshine and barbecues beckoning every time you sit down to your desk? We have some answers!

This month, discover the secrets of mindfulness. That way, when you’re at the beach, you can BE at the beach, instead of thinking about the work you’re behind on. If you need help staying mindful of what you’re supposed to be doing, we’ve got some great productivity apps and tips that’ll help all year long. Last, but certainly not least, take a play out of Laurie Dupar’s book and find your Big Why!

Believe in yourself,
