Adult ADHD is serious. Over 8 million adult Americans have ADHD. ADHD symptoms like impulsiveness, lack of focus, chronic disorganization means careers suffer. Relationships are strained. Families fall apart. Finances are stressed to the breaking point. This can even lead to self-destructive patterns that only make matters worse.
Being an adult with ADHD is hard, often overwhelming and frustrating. But, with the empathetic and constructive support of a community like ADDA, it doesn’t have to feel hopeless.
ADDA connects adults with ADHD from all walks of life. Our members share similar life experiences though they thought they were alone.
