ADDA Is YOUR Organization

You ARE ADDA, and ADDA is a vital, thriving organization, thanks to you. ADDA, the Attention Deficit Disorder Association, is dedicated to helping adults with ADHD live better lives. We have every reason to be proud of our accomplishments, and we dream of even bigger things for the future.

Your Support Means Everything

ADDA is always working for you. You know the ADDA Insider articles and stories, ADDA’s famous Webinars, TADD Talks, Virtual Support Groups, ADDA Ambassadors, the ADDA Health Storylines mobile app and more. We’ve worked to improve each and every program this year, and your feedback tells us we’ve succeeded.

This past year, ADDA has introduced new workshops and new support groups. We sponsored special events, and our ADDA Ambassadors connected with people across North America. We even launched another new Web site all about ADHD at work. When we’re at events like the Better Together Festival, the CHADD Conference and more, we love hearing how ADDA has been there for you. Whether it’s providing the information you need at just the right time, a friendly ear when no one understands what you’re going through, or just the chance to connect with other people who totally get you, it does our hearts good to know we’ve been able to support you when you needed it most.

Recognize and Celebrate Success on #GivingTuesday

Every ADHD expert says we need to celebrate our success. On Tuesday, November 29th, we’re celebrating what ADDA, with your help, has accomplished this past year, and we’re looking eagerly to the future. Of course, we could not have accomplished what we have without you, and our imagined future can’t happen without your help.

Won’t you help us celebrate with a day dedicated to giving? Let’s all give together for #GivingTuesday.

The goal of #GivingTuesday is to create a global day of giving back, which celebrates generosity and kindness. The day falls on the Tuesday following American Thanksgiving each year. #GivingTuesday for 2016 is November 29th.

On November 29, you’ll be recovering from Black Friday, the crazy, door-breaking mad scramble for sales at traditional retailers. In recent years, we’ve added more madness in the form of Cyber Monday for online shoppers. I love a good deal as much as you, but the blatant consumerism is starting to make me feel a bit dirty. I mean, people get hurt on Black Friday!

Show Your Gratitude Through Giving

That’s why ADDA is participating in #GivingTuesday. #GivingTuesday is your chance to celebrate the real meaning of the season. We can all use our wallets to show our gratitude through giving. ADDA is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization, so all donations are tax-exempt by the IRS.
