It takes courage to grow up and become who you really are. — E.E. Cummings

Does ADHD get worse with age? That’s because life gets more complicated. Career, marriage, kids, house, car, pets and more. Soon you’re drowning in responsibilities! We each have our own path but what if we could get some guidance? What if you found a nurturing place to learn & practice the primary skills related to executive function like planning, self-awareness, self-control, time management, and organization?

This support group is for ADHD adults of any age who are both discovering their priorities and building habits in line with those aims.
Join us on Mondays we’ll support each other and learn the secrets of successful life’ing together.
