ADDA is offering a working group for members who are creating and refining healthy eating, exercising, and sleep habits.

ALL NEW for 2020

This is the club for you if you are building habits like:

  •   Regular Exercise
  •   Eat better consistently
  •   Get a good night’s rest
  •   Want to share the journey with friends who are cheering you on

Eating well + getting plenty of sleep + exercising regularly =  Better ability to focus

We know the best motivator for ADHDers is strong interest aka fun. Starting a healthy habit doesn’t have to be hard.

Healthier habits can reduce ADHD symptoms like inattention, hyperactivity, and distractability, regular routines help you feel like life is more manageable.

The group will focus on proven strategies and provide support to achieve our wellness goals.

We can relate to the pitfalls and hurdles ADHDers experience when it comes to starting and maintaining habits. We are right there with you.

  • Making connections that support you
  • No one way works for everyone

    If I’m based outside of the US, how can I join the call?
    If I ring it like a normal number the phone charges will be CRAZY !
    Please if someone could let me know..I know it starts very soon, I just joined today!

    I plan on joining tonight! Welcome to ADHD and not sleeping well. As I am writing this at 430 am, after strolling to bed at midnight. I need 8 or 9hrs a night. Yet I am not getting that. And need accountability. I am truly exhausted and should be sleeping. But i am also so excited to join call tonight with others in my shoes. I also walked a few miles today, finally went groc shopping, and so sleep, eat and exercise combined – equates a cocktail to succeed. And I need encouragemt and community to help!!

    Hi! Was hoping to join tonight, and I thought it was a video conference. But it seems to be only phone conferencing? I don’t do well with talking on phone…so I guess I’ll bow out. Good luck to all

    I popped on at 7. Missed my 5 p.m. call.
    Clearly did not study up on my zone!
