- 6:15pm Topic Readings & Facilitator Reflection
- 6:50pm Group Responses
- 7:30pm Open Discussion
- 8:00pm Final End
Our community is open to women and non-binary people who identify as LGBTQIA+ or Queer. This provides a safe space for personal sharing, but not a specific conversational focus.
We rotate between themes of Personal, Interpersonal, Health, and Executive Function symptoms, on which the facilitator presents a brief educational lecture.
Topic examples:
- Personal: Emotions, Body Image, Aspirations
- Interpersonal: Masking, Self-Advocacy, Boundaries
- Health: Medication, Mindfulness, Hormones
- Executive Function: Productivity, Cooking, Travel
Struggling with ADHD can feel oppressive and shameful. We are striving for communal queer empowerment through self-acceptance and personal growth—Join us!
