Can you suggest a different medication for me as I’m on 40 mg of Adderal a day. It’s amazingly effective but seems to have a short time line before my day is over.

I’m not a mental health professional and am not qualified to answer your question. I will say in general that instant release Adderal typically lasts 4 hours. However, many things can impact it. Adderal XR (extended release) typically lasts 8 hours. Vyvance typically lasts longer but all this depends on many factors. The key is to consult with your healthcare expert.
