A new series of Thursday evening ADDA Virtual Peer Support groups are getting underway. If you’d like to meet with other adults with ADHD without leaving the comfort and privacy of your home, ADDA Virtual Peer Support offers ADDA members* the opportunity to connect with peers for support in a safe non-judgmental environment.

The purpose of ADDA virtual peer support is to provide support to ADDA members who are adults with ADD/ADHD in a safe, non-judgmental environment. This is a forum for mutual acceptance, understanding and self-discovery with peers. Participants are encouraged to share their experience, strength and hope. This group is open all ADDA members we especially invite those who are new to ADDA, new support groups, or newly diagnosed. You don’t have to figure out ADD/ADHD on your own, talk to people just like you. Do you have trouble with procrastination? Losing your keys? Forgetting? So do we.
