You try so hard to get to your class/job/appointment/dinner date/wedding on time. You have clocks everywhere, but they only serve to remind you that you’re late again, sending you into panic mode. Now everyone will glare/be angry/think you’re a loser or other self-loathing insult. It’s all part of owning that infernal ADHD brain, right? And it’s all part of the fine line between ADHD excuse and explanation.

But with help from this webinar, you’ll be able to thwart that ADHD brain and surprise your friends when you show up ON TIME. EVERY TIME (well, almost every time). It all boils down to a simple formula that you can use again and again to get you out the door and into that comfortable, if not cocky, position of arriving on time.
