Great presentation! From the title, had thought this would be more about understanding why ADHDers might feel social cluelessness & how to help get better with that. After watching, I think I might’ve called it ADHD, Executive Functions & Emotions 101, although I think this was a deeper dive that helped me understand why ADHD brains work the way they do. Would still highly recommend this to anyone trying to learn more about functionality of ADHD brains.
