It is now accepted that medications are the treatments of choice for ADHD at all ages from 3 years and up. No other modality of treatment produces the same quick and dramatic improvement. And yet there are few other aspects of ADHD so filled with misinformation, lack of technical of skill, and false fear.

This webinar covers the 1st line stimulant medications. An easy-to-follow methodology will be proved to choose the most effective medication at all ages across the lie cycle, fine-tune the dose to optimal benefit, and then manage any side effects that may happen. Techniques to enhance sticking with treatment will be discussed.

William Dodson
William Dodson

Since his retirement from active patient care Dr. Bill Dodson has been a speaker, consultant, and writer on adult ADHD medicine. He has written more than 100 articles and 12 Webinars for ADDitude and ADDA and is on ADDitude’s Board of Scientific Advisers. Dr. Dodson is a Board-Certified adult Psychiatrist who was one of the first practitioners to specialize in adults with ADHD 25 years ago. He was the recipient of the national Maxwell J. Schleifer Award for Distinguished Service to Persons with Disabilities in 2006. Dr. Dodson has a private consulting practice in Denver.
