Some individuals jump very quickly to make those changes, and part of it is to reduce the anxiety, pain, and frustration they are feeling. People look to implement new systems and ways to overcome the situation; however, many of these attempts fail because they are missing an essential ingredient: Conscious Awareness. Do I understand the root of the challenge? Do I know how my emotions, thoughts, and behavior contributed to the situation?
