Most people with ADHD struggle to manage their time, tasks and projects. And since technology helps in so many areas of our lives, we turn to technology for help with productivity. And doesn’t every app promise, “THIS is the answer!”?

You install the latest To Do list manager. You upgrade to the newest agenda. You download the new scheduling system. Each new tool holds promise. It’s so enticing. THIS might be the solution!

But your life is not “one-size-fits-all.” The way you work best is not exactly like the way anyone else works best. So, you compromise what works for you to do what works for the technology. You get creative, working your life around the app. Then another app launches! THIS must be the one! And down the rabbit hole you go. Soon, you’re jumping through so many hoops to manage your life, you’re further behind than ever and you have so many “productivity” apps installed, you need to upgrade your cell phone!

You think I’m going to tell you about “the perfect technology.” But technology is not the answer. It’s a tool. Productivity apps make you work their way. You need to work YOUR way.

I don’t hate technology. Like most entrepreneurs and professionals, I couldn’t run my business without it. We use computers every day. And these amazing devices we carry with us everywhere? How would we function if we weren’t instantly plugged in? We have apps to solve almost every problem in our lives. And I wouldn’t try to manage my life without technology.

In this Webinar, I will reveal the three essential components of a planning process for time, tasks and projects that will help you use technology to achieve peak productivity.

Learning objectives:

  • Discover a new way of thinking about time to help you overcome ADHD’s inherent time blindness.
  • Understand how creating YOUR planning process first can help you get the most out of any technology.
  • Understand how the planning process can prevent the “implementation gap” breakdown between the plan and executing the plan.
