Utilizing a long-term and evidence-based approach is essential for effective treatment and management of adult ADHD. This includes accurate diagnostic efforts to help identify and treat a range of coexisting conditions that may accompany ADHD, as well as addressing the home, work, and parenting challenges that may exist. However, many adults and clinicians lack a critical framework for the guidance to address foundational ADHD difficulties, such as relationship and sleep problems, employment issues, and the many additional struggles that may arise over time.
