Social Emotional Wellness: WHY it is critical for Adults with ADHD During the Pandemic
We are all tired of COVID, yet there is a real worry that adults with ADHD, whose social community has been disrupted, might be some of the worst affected by the pandemic. Romantic relationships are often strained and boredom, lack of impulse control and difficulty managing behaviors and emotions may be taking its toll on family members too.
In this webinar, Caroline Maguire, M.Ed., ACCG, PCC, reveals why now is the time to build emotional intelligence and social emotional wellness. Participants will come to understand how to make connections in an all too unfamiliar world.
