Come with a journal and pen, or your favourite way to take notes or doodle. This webinar is intended to be a thought-provoking, light-hearted, and personally useful time for you. We’ll be as interactive as possible given the online format and number of attendees.
The term “self-care” has a wide range of meanings. We’ll try on some different perspectives, including the possibility that self-care is less about specific actions, but more about how we regard ourselves.
We’ll consider the differences between self-care and self-soothing (and the value of both).
We’ll also explore how self-care may look different among different people, but even for ourselves, depending on the circumstances.
Want a head-start? Between now and the event, notice your own gestures of self-care. Are there specific actions or ‘tools’ you use?
