Prioritizing When Everything Is Urgent – with Nikki Kinzer & Pete Wright

We all know how to set priorities, right? It’s easy! … just make a quick survey of choices, weigh those choices against any number of constraints around time, availability, money, health, and more, then rank order! Easy! Living with ADHD, as it turns out, prioritizing is not so easy. The higher noise in the ADHD brain distracts from being able to see the signals clearly enough to discern factors required to apply priority to tasks. This can increase anxiety and stress and as a result, everything appears equally urgent — an insurmountable mountain to have to climb. In this webinar, Nikki Kinzer and Pete Wright will talk about the practical realities of cutting through the noise to re-engage “fact and truth” and help those staring at the mountain of work in fear to see it instead as a hill worth climbing.
