Let’s be honest. The Number One issue among ADHD women (and most ADHD men?) is disorganization. We can’t find things when we need them. We buy duplicates because we forget we already have one at home. Our taxes are late because we can’t corral the pertinent paperwork. It’s a problem.

While there are no easy solutions to ADHD clutter, there ARE solutions. In this session we’ll take a look at the reasons behind our sometimes chaotic surroundings and then take aim at some ADHD friendly ideas that could break through our sluggish procrastination to DO SOMETHING about it.

Taking a cue from the popular ADHD Get Organized program, Linda Roggli delves deeply into closets, laundry and kitchens…how they fall apart and how we can regain control…and maintain it!
