Like in real estate, environment matters for ADDers and affects our interest, motivation, focus and self-management. Environment creates a situational variability that affects our ability to perform. Come understand how environment and brain chemistry shape our interest, emotion and motivation in the moment. Explore how most workplace situations do not create high levels of interest and the fact that this lack of interest means that ADDERs have trouble sustaining attention. Participants will assess how much of their day they spend on areas of high motivation and strategies to create an ADD-friendly environment.
