Experts on ADHD acknowledge that using a planner is one the most effective tools to manage ADHD and reduce stress and anxiety. But which planner to choose? With so many things to consider, many people with ADHD easily get overwhelmed and end up choosing a planner for the wrong reasons – looking at aesthetics rather than functionality. Eventually, those planners end up in a pile of stuff, cluttering their space.

Planners act like our external hard drive, helping us offload our busy brain of things to remember. Have a deadline to submit an application or an appointment for a job interview? Have a new habit you want to build? Have some long term goals you want to reach? Don’t rely on a glitchy memory to remind you.

Learning Objectives

  • Learn how to plan your day, week, month & year.
  • Utilize the Planner Pad features and practices to boost productivity.
  • Recognize essentials tasks from wants and how to prioritize them.
