In order to create a life full of purpose, passion and possibilities , you have a responsibility to identify what’s best in you. As an adult with ADHD, you DO possess a set of unique strengths– your character strengths. They are the positive, stable qualities of your innate character and personality. When you don’t express them your energy is diminished.

Your character strengths are the inspiring sources of energy which fuel both your heart and head to create your best life. If you are not aware of these wellsprings of positive energy and are focused on living your life based on stories, beliefs and standards which focus on your weaknesses, your ability access your brain’s executive functions will be significantly diminished.

Discover what’s best in you by using the only free, on-line, psychometrically valid survey (viacharacter.org) of character strengths. Learn how David Giwerc, Master Certified ADHD Coach, Founder/President, ADD Coach Academy, successfully uses the VIA character strengths survey, creative ADHD education and coaching, to empower adults with ADHD to live a more engaging, fulfilling and purposeful life. David will also share preliminary results from the ADD Coach Academy’s landmark research identifying character strengths in adults with ADHD.
