Burnout is incredibly common for women with ADHD, particularly those who have spent years masking, over-functioning, people-pleasing, and pushing through exhaustion without fully understanding why life feels so hard.
This workshop offers a compassionate, practical space to explore how ADHD burnout shows up, why it’s so prevalent, and what you can do to support yourself more sustainably. We’ll look at the impact of chronic stress, hormones, emotional dysregulation, and unrealistic expectations, alongside simple tools to help you protect your energy, set boundaries, and recognise your early warning signs.
You’ll be guided to reconnect with what truly energises you, build self-compassion, and begin letting go of guilt around rest and productivity. The session also shines a light on your ADHD strengths, helping you move forward with greater clarity, balance, and trust in yourself.
It’s about understanding yourself and creating a way of living and working that actually works for you.
