Such a helpful webinar! Learning that we do not need to estimate how long each task will take was a game changer for me. It takes so much pressure off and makes time-blocking seem like an actual, doable planning method for me. I honestly had no clue it was possible to plan/schedule without knowing how long each task takes…no wonder I’ve never been successful. *Oh, to have been taught something like this in school as a child…*
This was soooo helpful. I realized I used to do many of the things she spoke of, just out of need, many years ago. Now post-menopause I can’t seem to get those systems back! So frustrating. But hearing them again has helped me to bring back the memories. My big thing now is developing and practicing a system. I forget about it, then try to make a whole new system and never really get much done. I LOVED the myth buster, as well as the tip of PRACTICE! Thank you so much.
