If you look at your to-do list right now, do you have tasks that keep moving to a different day? I can't recommend this webinar high enough. Procrastination, confusion, guilt and more are resulting when we don't know the difference between a task from a project. A project may look like like a task. A project in our adhd mind pretends to be a task, although it is actually a project, no matter how small it might be. As a result we experience undersirable negative emotions mentioned above. The brainstrorming advice also was very useful for improving my productivity. I can't recomend this webinar high enough. Good job.
