If you look at your to-do list right now, do you have tasks that keep moving to a different day? It could be because the task is boring and you just don’t want to do it, but it could also be the task is too broad. This means the task is not broken down into small enough pieces. I can't recommend this webinar high enough. Procrastination, confusion, guilt and more are resulting when we don't know the difference between a task from a project. A project may look like like a task. A project in our adhd mind pretends to be a task, although it is actually a project, no matter how small it might be. As a result we experience undersirable negative emotions mentioned above. The brainstrorming advice also was very useful for improving my productivity. I can't recomend this webinar high enough. Good job.
