In this session, Dr. Ramsay will review this ADHD-Anxiety connection and discuss some was principles from cognitive-behavior therapy (CBT) can be used to better manage ADHD and with less anxiety. Coping topics for issues of time management, procrastination, and relationships and the role of anxiety with each of them will be briefly discussed.
