Thank you so much for this topic. It has made me realize that I have been in a lot of toxic relationships. The most recent is my therapist telling my doctor that my stimulant medication is making me different. So that she would discontinue the medication. She did stop the medication too. I don’t know why the therapist wants to pick on me when he knows that the medication is actually helping me see more clearly. So now I am hoping to see another doctor tomorrow. I left the clinic to do what’s best for me. The doctor had good intentions but not the therapist. It also hurts because I trusted people that did not have any good intentions. 🤕
