Liz Brown PCC, CACP, NBC-IWC is a Professional Certified Coach and owner of Be Well Life Coaching where she specializes in Life and ADHD Coaching for teens and adults. She holds specialty certifications in ADHD through the Professional Association of ADHD Coaches and Health and Wellness Coaching through the International Consortium for Health & Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) and combines wellness strategies into ADHD management. She is a contributing author to The Guide to ADHD Coaching: How to Find an ADHD Coach and What to Do When You Get One (2018, ed. Alan Graham).
