A Solution-Focused Interactive Workshop for ADHD Singles and Couples
Stop struggling with doubt and start connecting. Join us for a transformative 6-week journey to learn how to love and be loved better, designed specifically for the ADHD brain.
Does ADHD Impact the Way You Love?
As adults with ADHD, our relationships often come with a unique set of challenges. We may struggle with self-doubt, inconsistent boundaries, negative thought loops, and the fear of being misunderstood. These executive function hurdles don’t just affect our productivity… they impact how we experience and express love.
It’s Time for a Different Approach.
In this six-week interactive workshop, we dive deep into the intersection of ADHD and intimacy. Whether you are single and looking to build a healthier foundation for the future, or in a relationship seeking to strengthen your bond, this program provides the tools to bridge the gap between ADHD and connection.
What You’ll Discover:
- The ADHD Lens on Love: Understand exactly how your ADHD symptoms influence how you give and receive affection.
- Executive Functions & Intimacy: Explore how working memory, emotional regulation, and focus impact your relationship dynamics.
- Small Changes, Big Impact: Learn actionable, daily shifts that significantly improve how you communicate love and appreciation.
- A Safe Space: Join a confidential, non-judgmental environment where you can be your authentic self.
