David, you already know what I think about the importance of your work – the ADD Coach Academy, your contributions through ADDA, and your inspiring book, Permission to Procede. I can’t say enough about the importance of your positive outlook and perspective. I completely agree that we need to be focusing more on possibilities than limitations. Adults with ADHD tend to be divergent thinkers, which means that we already tend to solve problems by contemplating possibilities vs. obstacles to overcome. And letting our values and intentions guide where we direct our attention is such a useful and productive message. I share your perspective. ADHD professionals and consumers are fotunate that you have such a passion for helping others. Your big vision for how to help – by training ADD coaches to inspire and encourage as you do – is your gift to all of us.
